ABOUT ME
I’m Ayala—a wife, mom of three, and your soon-to-be favorite sourdough teacher.
My journey into wellness started when I was pregnant with my second child I began making small changes: eating better, moving more, and slowly transforming my physical health and lifestyle. I became a personal trainer and helped other women find their own strength.
Then came sourdough.
What started as a pandemic curiosity quickly became an obsession… followed by a lot of trial and error. I made every mistake possible—but those flops taught me the process from the inside out, and once it clicked, it clicked.
Since then, I’ve taught hundreds of women to bake real, nourishing sourdough—both regular and gluten-free. My daughter has celiac disease, so I’ve developed gluten-free recipes that bring the same flavor, texture, and joy to the table.
My workshops are all about simplicity, connection, and tradition. I break it down in a way that’s easy to follow, even if you’ve never baked before. Because bread shouldn’t be stressful—it should be soulful.

Join me for a hands-on sourdough workshop at my home in Baka, Jerusalem — from 9:45 AM to 14:30 PM.
Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or just looking to improve, I’ll guide you through each step in a simple, approachable way so you walk away confident and excited to bake.
Each woman will make her own loaf of sourdough bread and enjoy a beautiful, delicious, and healthy brunch (kosher l’mehadrin).

The Gluten-Free Sourdough Workshop will take place at my home in Baka, Jerusalem, from 9:45 to 13:30PM.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn everything you need to know about baking gluten-free sourdough bread. I teach it in a simple, approachable way to ensure success, even if you’ve never baked before.
Each woman will make her own gluten-free sourdough loaf, enjoy a beautiful, delicious, and healthy brunch (kosher l’mehadrin), learn the basics of gut health and the microbiome, and gain a deeper understanding of gluten-free flours—how they work and why they matter.
